Volunteer Form

AMBASSADORS: Tammy Walters, Chairman
Purpose:  To encourage support of the local Chamber Main Street business events through attendance & support at ribbon cuttings/ground-breakings, business after hours and other events. 
Meets: 3rd Friday at Noon each month except July

EDUCATION:  Jessica Nichols, Chairman
Purpose:  Connect business leaders with students to help them prepare for success in vocational/technical training, college or university coursework or entry into today’s competitive job market.
Meets:  TBA

PROMOTIONS: 
Purpose:  To market Canton and its businesses through advertising, retail promotional activities, special events, and marketing campaigns.

Merchants:  Ed Hutchison, Chairman
Meets: 2nd Thursday at 8:30 am

Annual Meeting  Meets:  As necessary

Golf Tournament  Meets:  As necessary

Women’s Conference: Lenita Knight, Chairman
Meets:  As necessary beginning February

Farmers’ Market  Meets: As necessary

DESIGN:
Purpose:  Shape the physical image of Canton as a place that is attractive to shoppers, investors, business owners and visitors.

Canton Recycles:  Olivia Harrell, Chairman

ECONOMIC RESTURCTURING: 
Purpose:  Help sharpen the competitiveness of existing business owners, recruit compatible new businesses and market Canton to today’s consumers’ needs.
