If you want to boost your facial attractiveness, there are several things you can do. For example, you should try to make your eyes look whiter because reddish sclera makes you appear unhealthy and even unwell. Start with hydration, mewing, and diet. You can also reduce the appearance of eye bags by tilting your head down.
Eat a Healthy Diet
Research suggests that a person’s overall health and wellness is associated with facial attractiveness. That’s why it’s important to eat a healthy diet. One of the best ways to do that is by eating lots of foods containing beta-carotene, which will give your face and skin a nice, natural glow. You can find beta-carotene in a variety of fruits and vegetables, including carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, and cantaloupe. It also helps to eat plenty of foods rich in vitamin C, which will make your eyes look whiter and healthier. The more white your sclera (the white part of the eye), the more beautiful they will be.
Wear the Right Makeup
Women have it drilled into them from childhood that in order to be successful at everything from dating to job interviews to forming friendships with other popular girls, they need to be pretty. In fact, research shows that attractive people are viewed more favorably in all areas of life – including how they’re treated by others.
While the number of makeup options available may leave you feeling overwhelmed, there are some things you can do to help boost your facial attractiveness. First, ensure that you’re using makeup colors and pigments that compliment your skin tone. If you’re wearing colors that are too bright, they can create a look of cluelessness and even age you unnecessarily.
Another way to enhance your natural beauty is by strategically applying blush, bronzer and highlighter to certain areas of your face. For example, if your face is round in shape, blush and highlighter can be strategically placed to make it look more oval-shaped. By doing so, you can create a more balanced appearance and showcase your unique features. You can also use these products to add definition and sculpt your facial features. Head Down Tilt
A downward sagittal head tilt enhances facial aesthetics and reduces the appearance of periocular eye bags. It also adds an exceptional angular visual appeal to the eyes. This simple tip can be used by anyone to improve their facial attractiveness. However, it is recommended to avoid this position for extended periods of time as it may lead to a V/Q mismatch and cause temporary physiologic disturbances.
Previous studies manipulating face pitch have found it to be a robust predictor of perceived social and physical dominance, but these judgments sometimes dissociate from perceived masculinity/femininity and attractiveness. It is therefore possible that people use head tilt as a dynamic signal to convey their dominance status and attract attention, and the effects observed in our study of head pitch manipulation may be partly a consequence of participants interpreting faces in this manner. In the future, we aim to incorporate this aspect of behavioral allure into studies involving manipulations of face pitch and eye gaze in order to determine whether the two can interact to influence perceived dominance and attractiveness.
